Features

Design

 

1. Metal housing, metal lid, and stainless steel centrifuge chamber are autoclave-able and resistant detergents and disinfection liquids.
2. Observations window on lid for speed calibration and noise measurement.
3. Microprocessor control with frequency conversion A.C. motor drive
4. LCD Display the parameters of Speed, Timer, RCF, Rotors, Program(Memory), Acceleration& Deceleration information, and Error code information. 5. Double layers sealing ring made for the centrifuge lid and the instrument to keep long good sealing. The aerosols in the chamber cannot spread outward during the high-speed running of the centrifuge.
6. Bio-safety: Built-in ultraviolet sterilization lamp is available and air tight cover for round swing bucket is optional. HEPA (High Efficiency Particle Air) filter system is of made of silicate glass fiber. All the aerosols produced in the centrifugal process are discharged through the filtration system.

7. Unique design of multi-layer adapter is optional. Auto decapping the tubes of 100mm and 75mm height. Work efficiency is improved.

1. Programmable and storable, stores up to 30 programs and provides direct user access with one keystroke save. The stored parameter: combination remains in the memory even after the centrifugation has been switched off.
2. Provides the 10 acceleration rates and 10 braking ramp, to effectively avoid secondary sedimentation, with better centrifugation effect.
3. Automatic lid-locking and holding during rotor run.
4. Easily exchangeable rotors, special rotor connector which makes it easy to load and unload rotor.
5. Automatic troubleshooting with indication of error code and alarm on the screen.
6. "Mute"patent technology. Noise level lower than 58 decibel at the highest rotational speed.
7. Automatic rpm/rcf conversion.
 

Safety

 

1. Produced according to international safety regulations (e.g. IEC 61010).
2. Safety Electrical lid interlock,door can not open when rotor is running and machine won't run when lid open and error code appears.
3. Emergency lid-lock release when power failure(very useful in an unexpected power interruption).
4. Gas hinge for lid drop protection.
5. Safety protections are made for the over speed, imbalance etc to ensure the man machine safety.
